4. If Layout has been finalize then it not be change able and no choices in Free Web Champaign website after demo presentation.

5. Static website charges calculated by pages & dynamic website charges as per the data base with level of feature.

6. Logo and other designing charges will be extra. (Kindly ask for rate list of products).

7. Payment should be made in Cash (Kindly ask for receipt if paid in Cash) / Cheque / DD in favour of

    M/s CRYSTAL WEBSOFT PVT. LTD.

8. Interest will be charged 24%p.a. After the due date in billing.

9. Website will be down without any prior notice if payment not clear within due date and reloaded amount Rs. 2,000/- per Website or page will charged     extra.

10. Website home page will be up-loaded on link as per the requirement of client then after receiving of correction, suggestion & confirmation from client     ⊄it will be up-loaded on its domain.

12. Above given cost of product has been revised without given any prior notice and the product listed is based on templets only.

13. Free given facility like data / sms etc. has been withdrawn without given any prior notice and these services with maintance will be provided by main      service providers of CRYSTAL WEBSOFT PVT. LTD.

14. Domain Ownership detail will be changed after completion of website or due payments.

15. Photographs and contents of website will be provided by Clients and responsibility of their/its copyright matter will be of Client.

16. No Responsibility of Any loss of email / website data after porviding concern password to client.

NOTE: JURISDICTION: The jurisdiction for all disputes will be at Delhi.
